    Your mission

    We're looking for a dynamic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and fuel all recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

    In this position, you will serve as a gatekeeper for the company, ensuring that only top-notch talent integrates into our workforce.

    You will report to our Talent Acquisition Lead and be responsible for:

    • Sourcing (via LinkedIn Recruiter), screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews across various business areas (from finance to marketing to software development);
    • Monitoring the different phases of the selection process (establishing a mutual relationship of trust and dedication with candidates and hiring managers);
    • Preparing and organizing documentation related to TA operations (communication templates, job descriptions, technical evaluations);
    • Handling the HR aspects of employer branding by generating content for LinkedIn and other social platforms, suggesting and assessing candidate experience surveys, and engaging in internal communication projects.

    Requirements

    - Minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience (with a background in LinkedIn Recruiter projects);

    • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Italian at a professional level;
    • Prior exposure to a tech-focused product company (preferably a startup or scaleup) and a basic grasp of software development dynamics;
    • Customer-centric, warm, concise, and direct demeanor (to establish robust relationships with hiring managers and connect with candidates, promoting trust, involvement, and dedication from both parties);
    • Excellent memory, precision, and timeliness to effectively store and recall detailed information.

    Added values

    - Proficiency in additional languages (especially Brazilian Portuguese or German) is highly appreciated;

    • Fundamental understanding of Italian and Spanish labor regulations;
    • Experience with cloud storage platforms (e.g., Onedrive, Google Cloud), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira), and design software (e.g., Figma, Canva).
