Leading the cloud transformation for the Mass Market Applications
The aim is to migrate 20K+ applications to the cloud stack (Azure, GCP, AWS).
Achievements - Program Management
There was a highly ambitious plan, less collaboration and insufficient communication between the contracted vendors to enable the Radical IT Transformation Program to bring all on-premise Software Applications to the cloud.
My Role was to build a bridge to deliver the Sub-Projects in line with the scope, budget and timeline.
I was teaming up 250+ People from 3 Vendors to form a solid, streamlined delivery unit, working in 5 Agile Tribes and steering 8 Sub-Projects.
SAD for 12340 User Stories Delivered
Cloud-based AD delivered for 6 LZ (Azure, GCP, AWS)
812 User stories implemented
6890 ICT & E2E Test performed
Architectural Conception approved and handed over for Sprint Planning

We specified and supervised the implementation of a corporation-wide IT change in Sales Force.
Screening the process and workflows of a Remedy Force appliance, finding the root cause of why emergency tickets are not processed in time by the teams located across Europe. Planned and implemented needed changes to reduce the First Time To Resolve by 25% after the update.
