    En MBC seguimos creciendo. Estamos en búsqueda de una personas para trabajar en el BAU en el equipo de Client Service de uno de nuestros clientes del sector bancario .

    Sobre el perfil y la posición

    • Inglés alto .
    • Vas a interactuar con ventas, banqueros y clientes por teléfono y correo.
    • Cualquier otro idioma como Francés, Italiano o Alemán es un plus.
    • Experiencia en Client Service , de atención al cliente . Orientación al cliente y a solucionar problemas y coordinar con departamentos internos.
    • Conocimiento / experiencia en KYC /Due Dilligence y/o Legal es un plus.
    • Personas con muy buenos skills de comunicación y de relationship.
    • Asertividad, iniciativa, proactividad, resolución de problemas.
    • Persona con ganas de aprender, con curiosidad y capacidad de análisis y atención al detalle.
