Santander Alternative Investments is looking for a Client Servicing Manager based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


As a
Client Servicing Manager, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables as well as ensuring all requirements of our internal and external customers are managed efficiently and effectively.

The position will multi-task, problem solve & troubleshoot, analyze, and effectively communicate.

The role is also expected to interact with and manage external business partners as well as initiate and lead process improvement initiatives.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Build and sustain excellent client relationships to help achieving our mission of delivering excellent client service.
  • End to end coordination of 3rd party providers, ensuring proper oversight based on exhaustive KPIs monitoring for client servicing.
  • Definition of the client servicing to strengthen our capabilities aligned with regulatory changes (maintenance of the stakeholder data base, client reporting, etc).
  • Improve our current operational processes to mitigate any possible operational risk.
  • Lead the client servicing side in every initiative to grow our business.

EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION
A degree in finance, economics, commerce, business administration or law and management and a professional qualification.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • English command is a must
  • Deep knowledge of Alternative Funds Service Client area is a must.
  • Highly organized and able to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities under significant time pressure.
  • Confidence to participate in large projects, involving more than one country.
  • Teamwork, willingness to learn, communication, selfmotivation, and culture fit are also required along with a strong ability to work in a collaborative environment and to present results to both expert and nonexpert audiences.
