    OVRSEA is a next-generation multimodal freight forwarder committed to simplifying and optimizing international freight management through technology. We coordinate the transports of 700+ companies across 60 countries, and provide our clients with a unique platform on which their teams can manage their shipments in a simple and transparent way.     One of the first as part of one of our first Account Executives in Spain, you will be able to participate in process improvement, share best practices and strategize for local sales.

    Early stage launching a startup within a global scale-up, you will have big impact and will experience huge personal growth.

    Nice teammates you will be interacting with the Spain core team daily, and with international Sales teams multiple times a week. We foster a fun learning environment

    What is it like being an Account Executive at OVRSEA?

    You will be joining a dynamic sales team, a team that is the engine of our growth, and where there is a strong emphasis on pedagogy and teamwork.

    As an Account Executive, you will be in charge of managing your own portfolio, from closing a prospect to nurturing a long-lasting relationship.

    You will be highly autonomous and will contribute to changing the way goods are transported around the world, while always putting your customer first.

    Your missions

    Develop a portfolio of SME and ETI customers with recurring international flows.

    Uphold a consultative approach: understand clients' pain points and needs, and identify how our platform and services can help them in the best way possible.

    Collaborate effectively across internal teams, especially with our operational teams, to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and to solve issues early on.

    Spot and qualify potential upsell and contribute directly to our company's growth.

    Gain deep industry knowledge and become an expert on both international transportation and your customer's business to become their trusted advisor.

    Are you the One?

    You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales & are comfortable managing a full sales cycle.

    You have already experienced & enjoy working in a fast-paced & target-driven environment.

    Proven demonstration of excellent communication skills, drive & customer-centric mindset.

    You have great interpersonal skills and excel at active listening.

    You are curious and excited to learn everything about the world of transportation.

    Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
