The Role:

You will perform 20 qualified meetings per month and manage your pipeline to close business.

You will work with marketing to help drive additional leads and provide prospect feedback to the product team, sharing with the sales team best practices.


Responsibilities:


  • As a member of the sales team you should be target oriented and sales driven individual with strong communication skills.
  • Being inside sales representative until we hire a SDR you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through hunting, prospecting and cold calling.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain for the Spain/Italy market.
  • Identifying, profiling and qualifying prospects and decision makers in targeted companies and detecting longmidshort term opportunities in midmarkets and enterprise.
  • On the phone you will conduct demo product and solution presentation and manage commercial offers through negotiation and followup calls.
  • You should consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, cross sell and/or upsell the portfolio, and achieve monthly KPIs.
  • Creating, developing and managing accurate sales pipeline would be essential part of your responsibilities.
  • Promote the company's solutions addressing or predicting clients' needs and objectives.
  • Identify improvements of our solution based on client's needs.
  • Keep your pipeline and forecasting up to date.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback being honest and don't create false expectations for the customers.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customer.
  • Close deals.
  • Build and develop an engaged interaction with prospects to keep them on a longterm sales cycle.
  • Working closely with our Customer Success team to identify and develop crosssales and upsales opportunities and helping on the on boarding process.

Requirements:


  • More than 3 years of experience in sales ( business development manager, sales executive ).
  • Fluent in Spanish and Italian.
  • Selfdriven, highly motivated, and passionate about technology.
  • Detail oriented with excellent followup skills.
  • Maintaining high activity with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Proven experience conducting meetings through videoconference tools (and feel comfortable about it).
  • Proven experience working for SaaS, Digital or tech/software industry.
  • Experience approaching and building successful sales meetings with B/Clevel/VP executives.
  • Techsavvy (skilled with technologies and software use/navigation, since they will need to conduct demo sessions of our platform).
  • Experience working with Sales Managment tools
  • Hubspot
