    Global Material Planner
    Location: Barcelona, Spain
    Place of Work: Hybrid

    We are searching for an enthusiastic individual to join our global materials planning team.

    Your key responsibilities

    - Performs daily Raw Material procurement planning activities linked to RMs in our global portfolios including RM crisis, allocations, distributions, stock analysis, QC rejections, procured volumes, and projections.

    - Collaborates with procurement, regional planning, quality, T&D, controlling industrialization, innovation, and formula management teams to coordinate necessary actions.

    - Ensures required support to Regional Planners for managing shortages of RM that pose risks to SLAs.

    - Backs the transition from reactive to proactive management of all Global RMs.

    - Assists the team with data extraction, analysis, and validation for routine activities as well as on an ad hoc basis.

    - Supports inventory allocations on a daily basis and manages stock crisis situations for allocation among plants/customers in coordination with SC and sales stakeholders.

    - Coordinates the IG stock distribution to maintain control over global inventory.

    - Collaborates with global/regional sales to provide support for new product launches.

    - Facilitates in compiling monthly S&OP data including data extractions, analysis, and activities follow-up.

    You should have

    - Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation.

    - Sound knowledge of MRP methodology and Supply Chain Planning.

    - Competence in Planning within a dynamic environment handling a large number of items.

    - Familiarity with MRP, Safety Stock, DP, and Inventory calculation methodologies.

    - Strong ability to work in multinational, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.

    - Excellent communication skills.

    - Proficiency in Excel.

    - Desireable experience with SAP and Kinaxis.
