Currently, I am employed as the Export Manager at 2Ride Group, where I oversee the export operations for Segura & Bering , a brand specializing in protective gear for motorcycles, equestrian activities, and other sports. My role involves crafting and implementing export strategies, managing international sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with distributors and agents worldwide. Under my leadership, we have successfully penetrated new markets such as Russia, Turkey, China, Japan, the Philippines, and South Korea, resulting in a significant increase in revenue.

With over a decade of experience in international commerce and export management, I have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing new markets, and managing cross-functional teams in diverse global contexts. My career spans various industries including protective sports gear, high-end leather goods, and natural cosmetic products, where I have consistently delivered strong financial performance and strategic market expansion.

Professional Experience:

Since February 2022, I have been serving as an Export Manager at 2Ride Group in Paris, France. In this role, I have overseen the export operations for both motorcycle and equestrian segments under the Segura brand. I have developed and executed export strategies targeting markets in Europe, Asia and USA, managing a B2B client portfolio generating €3 million in turnover. I supervise international sales teams across 5 agencies and 35 distributors worldwide, achieving significant revenue growth by building relationships with key players such as Louis Moto, FC Moto, and Motocard.

For the motorcycle segment, I coordinate logistics to ensure efficient supply chain management and compliance with customs regulations, oversee a marketing and export budget, and participate in international trade shows like Moto GP, EICMA, and Intermot. In the equestrian segment, I spearheaded the development of a new market for equestrian airbag protection, driving €600K in turnover. I established a commercial agency in Germany and a network of independent agents in Europe, negotiated contracts, and developed distribution networks in Italy, Spain, South Korea, Greece, Scandinavia, and Denmark. My role also includes organizing and participating in international trade fairs like Spoga Horse, where I secured co-branding contracts valued at €50K ​

 

Befire 2ride, I worked as the Export Sales Manager for Collaert: L'Aiglon & Maison Boinet in Paris, France. I managed a client portfolio worth €1 million for high-end leather goods brands. I negotiated and secured commercial agreements with major accounts such as Le Bon Marché, Printemps, and Galeries Lafayette. I also expanded market presence by opening over 50 new retail points in France and Europe. Additionally, I directed the commercial, marketing, and digital strategy, leading a team of 3 people. 

As a Key Account Manager for Le Petit Olivier, a French brand of organic cosmetics, i was in charge of the Benelux market. My goal was to manage and monitor regional sales up to €1.5 million. My primary responsibility was to negotiate national agreements and secure annual listings with major retail chains including Carrefour, Cora, and Intermarché. This involved rigorous market analysis and strategic planning to ensure optimal product placement and competitive pricing.

I implemented comprehensive promotional action plans, which included in-store promotions, advertising campaigns, and product demonstrations, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. By maintaining strong relationships with store managers and buyers, I ensured consistent product availability and optimal shelf placement across 150 stores.

My role also encompassed managing and training sales teams to effectively promote Le Petit Olivier products, as well as analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Through these efforts, I significantly enhanced the brand's market presence and customer loyalty in the Benelux region

In my role as Junior Sales Representative at Black Stallion Trading in New York City, USA,, I developed and maintained a B2B client portfolio for high-end fashion accessories. I conducted showroom sales and field prospection, contributing to significant revenue growth.

Earlier, as a Junior Sales Representative for Wizpik in Shanghai, China, from 2013 to 2014, I prospected and onboarded clients for a mobile app offering discounts to expatriates. I built a diverse client base of hotels, spas, restaurants, and bars.
