- Manage and control the Material Planning operation for one site, supporting planners on escalations and crisis management.
- Ensure correct parametrization of materials in the system to enable effective planning routines.
- Develop strong partnership with teams on site and with Sourcing team, to enable fast troubleshooting, agile changes to our production plans and superior service level for our customers.
- Engage key internal and external stakeholders in regular and efficient communication, to mitigate Raw Material availability risks.
- Lead improvement initiatives for internal processes within Planning organization and involving other internal departments.
- Train newcomers and support them during the onboarding process.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning or similar roles.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience leading Planning teams.
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (R3/APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certified is a plus.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
