    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our team.

    The Client Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and engagement. Resolve clients' issues and communicate information accurately to the teams. Engage with clients, position and pursue Vistex services. Will be assigned to multiple clients simultaneously

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in expanding Vistex consulting service offerings by proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
    • Build client relationships with C Level executives and stakeholders.
    • Understand client's business and business processes and act as Vistex advocate toaddress the existing gaps by selling Vistex implementation services.
    • Position and assist in up selling additional Vistex software.
    • Develop sales and solution strategies.
    • Understand and work with different teams to provide solution roadmap to clients.
    • Assist in finalizing proposals, project planning and estimating.
    • Assist in pre-sales activities for implementation services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates on client engagement activities, performance metrics, and key milestones.

    Education Preferred

    Bachelors or better.

    Experience Required 3 years: 3 years:


    • hands-on experience in a similar role, preferable within the SAP space.


    • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.


    • Understanding of RFPs,Master Service Agreements and SOWs.


    • Exposure to multiple full lifecycle software implementations.


    • Collaborative and consultative work style.


    • Ability to link business processes with Vistex products.


    • Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills.


    • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.

    Preferred


    • Experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms is preferred.
