Your next workplace:


We are looking for an Account Manager based in Spain that can show both new and existing customers the value of our products in the Iberia region.

You are part of our European Sales team, consisting of about 25 people based across Europe.

You will be working from a home office ideally near to an international airport as the position will involve local and international travel.

Your future manager is based in France.


Your future challenge:

You will actively look for new sales opportunities and build close relationships with both existing and new customers. It is your job to introduce to them our products, make offers and negotiate commercial conditions. We expect you to develop and grow your market. You will spend more than half your time travelling and visiting customers within Spain and Portugal.

Your responsibilities are, but no limited:

  • Creating strategy and a plan for all your customers.
  • Pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Coordinating all activities between the customer and the company, including visits to our mills.
  • Negotiating deals.
  • Gathering and analysing market and competitor information.
  • Managing customer conflicts.
  • Controlling the amounts of stock and overdue credit.
  • Representing Holmen Iggesund at exhibitions and fairs.

To succeed in this role:


Furthermore you:

  • Have a hunting mentality, with a strong drive to track down and close deals.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Speak Spanish on a native level and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field or the equivalent in relevant work experience.
  • Are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Are in possession of a valid driver's license and passport.
