We have offices in Berlin, Hamburg and Madrid, due to the nature of this role, this is a
hybrid position with semi-regular in-person events and meetings.

If you are not currently close to one of our offices, we're happy to support your relocation.


The highly visible role as
Sales Manager Iberia (all genders) will enable you to be a key player in our team and create a direct impact on the success of finleap connect.

You will build on your expertise in
acquiring and building long-lasting, sustainable customer relationships, connect and continuously communicate with senior executives within the financial industry to understand their most pressing issues and come up with strategies to help solve them.


YOUR ROLE AND GOALS:

As a
Sales Manager Iberia (all genders) you will:


  • Acquire & Close. Due to your standalone expertise in financial service and SaaS sales, you'll expand the reach of finleap connect in the market and attract new customers and partnerships together with the leadership body of finleap connect, as well as your colleagues in Go-To-Market, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Development/Ops as well as Legal & Compliance. You are an expert in enterprise sales and know how to manage a customer to close contracts effectively.

Connect & Strategize. The relationships with our clients are built on long-term trust and success and you will contribute to an elevated sales strategy that allows us to detect the needs of customers even quicker. You are responsible for translating them together with our product and implementation teams and impact the product strategy as an ambassador of your clients.

Reporting & Monitoring. You know your clients best and this doesn't stop at their needs and contract details but you will also ensure that our contracts and pricing reflect our KPI requirements. You are also a key contributor to our revenue forecasting and sales reporting efforts.

Exposure. You manage the entire complex sales-cycle, which includes presenting to C-level executives of (potential) partners on a regular basis as well as evangelizing our vision through product demonstration, in-market events and pre-sales workshops.

This role requires travel to visit customers and attend industry specific conferences and events. You are expected to independently decide when, how and where you will travel, as well as how often.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM?:

  • **Experience & Tech Savviness.
  • Current experience within a B2B SaaS (or IaaS, PaaS) Sales organization, ideally serving financial services.

Network & Relationships. You've been effectively optimizing your set of internal and external networks and know how to leverage C-level relationships which elevates your ability to negotiate and close complex deals.

Communication & Presentation. Thanks to your impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, you not only can build trusted relationships quickly but know how to introduce digital products that need explanation.

Independence & Ownership. You bring a strong team-oriented work philosophy while being perfectly comfortable and taking on projects and work streams on your own and drive them to success.

You want to be successful. And you want to work with products and teams that clearly strive for being the best in the market.

Last but not least:You are business fluent in
Spanish (as you work with our clients in the Iberia region) and
English. Business fluency in Portuguese will be considered an important plus.
