    En JAKALA no paramos de crecer. Cada semana contamos con nuevas oportunidades que cubrir y, en esta ocasión, buscamos un SFMC Consultant Senior para incorporarse en el equipo de Salesforce y poder crecer de la mano de grandes profesionales.

    SKILLS REQUERIDOS

    Must:
    • Al menos 3-4 años de experiencia en proyectos de implementación/desarrollo de Salesforce Marketing Cloud, como consultor/a técnico / Technical leader, realizando labores de toma de requerimientos de negocio y propuesta de solución a estos.
    • Conocimiento y capacidad de actuación sobre todos los studios/builders de SFMC y capacidad de optimizar su rendimiento/calidad. Se deberá tener conocimiento profundo de la práctica, entendiendo los puntos débiles de la herramienta, y aprovechando sus capacidades, para optimizar el rendimiento de ésta.
    • Con experiencia en la elaboración de documentación, tanto funcional, como técnica. Capacidad de discriminación de la calidad de los entregables, tanto documentación como técnico, aportando una capa de calidad y aseguramiento en el cliente.
    • Conocimiento y capacidad de ejecución en HTML, AMPscript y SQL Query. Entendimiento de las limitaciones y capacidades más avanzadas de los lenguajes en SFMC.
    • Conocimiento de las capacidades de SSJS y APIs dentro de la herramienta. Capacidad de diseño de soluciones integrando estas capacidades.
    • Con algo de experiencia en la gestión de equipos.
    • Punto de comunicación con el cliente, pudiendo liderar la cuenta y las conversaciones en las que esté involucrado.
    • Identificación de puntos de ampliación de capacidades dentro del cliente
    • Capacidad de detectar puntos de fricción en proyectos/clientes.
