Position Summary:


As an Associate Account Manager, you will assist Key Account Manager to build and maintain key accounts for NIU Technologies in the consumer electronics retail channel for our KQi line of Kickscooters.

You will also be responsible for managing and growing our existing network of specialty dealerships for e-mopeds in your designated market.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key accounts in the consumer electronics retail channel for our KQi line of Kickscooters.
  • Develop and execute customized business plans for each account to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations with key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and provide the necessary support.
  • Deliver product training and assistance to key accounts to ensure successful product launches and sustained sales growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape within the designated market.
  • Manage and expand our network of specialty dealerships for emopeds in the assigned market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance dealer performance and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealerships for training, support, performance evaluation, and growth identification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to facilitate business growth.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and dealerships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

Salary: 25,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
