Account Manager Associate - 12 Month Internship

We are seeking a driven and sociable associate to come and join our team in Madrid Office

This is an outstanding 12 month internship to come and join our team of Account Managers. Account Managers connect our most strategic clients to Refinitiv's portfolio of software & desktop solutions.

You will be working on one of the most strategic projects at LSEG (Data & Analytics) which is called the "Workspace Upgrade'.

You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience for this project by collaborating with colleagues across our Data & Analytics Business and ensuring Workspace (Desktop) Upgrade goals are achieved through full utilization of solutions into the daily workflow of end-users.

Role Summary

This person will be maintaining deep customer relationships to drive account revenue retention and growth.

This is a project management role which will lead all activities to ensure a smooth upgrade from our terminal solution Eikon to the brand-new solution Workspace.

It entails high degree of relationship management and functional expertise to drive adoption and expansion of our services.

As entry level account manager, you will be trained and develop your skills as part of a high performing global team, which acts as trusted advisor and roadmap architect to most important players in the financial services.

What you'll be doing

• Support the Team in educating customers on relevant functionality and content of Refinitiv's Workspace;
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other team members locally and globally to implement a reliable project plan;
• Promote insights relevant to customers' workflow and act as a voice of the customer internally, feeding upwards their experiences;
• Build, maintain and demonstrate positive relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to influence adoption and customer satisfaction.
