    Description

    The selected candidate will be part of the Corporate Taxation Department of the Tax Advisory Directorate within Ferrovial's General Economic-Financial Directorate.

    About the Job Title and the Company:
    Are you ready to join Ferrovial's team and make a difference in the world of Corporate Taxation?

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    • Provide global corporate taxation advice for Ferrovial entities worldwide.
    • Assist the Tax Planning team in offering guidance on various tax matters to foreign subsidiaries, such as cross-border restructurings and withholding tax issues.
    • Collaborate with local external tax advisors, review their recommendations, and communicate outcomes to internal stakeholders.
    • Engage with regional and local tax colleagues, acting as a partner to discuss tax impacts and efficient project structures.
    • Support complex tax projects focusing on international group tax law, foreign tax law, double taxation agreements, and EU tax law.
    • Contribute to preparing and analyzing the annual Corporate Income Tax expense provision for the Group.
    • Provide support in tax defense and litigation during tax audits and disputes across jurisdictions.
    • Collaborate on Global Reporting tasks.

    Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

    • Degree in Business Studies and/or Law.
    • Master's in taxation.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a law firm, Big 4, or in-house tax department.
    • Experience working with team members globally and building relationships across functions.
    • Strong analytical and technology-driven mindset.
    • Proficiency in English (C1 minimum).
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Proficient with MS Office applications.
