    Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert

    We're seeking a Skincare Expert to join Coty Spain. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of skincare and represent a significant French Green Bio Tech Skincare Expert Brand.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As our Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you'll be in charge of promoting and providing skincare advice to customers. Coty's luxurious skincare brand seeks a skincare professional with a strong sales background to meet sales targets and offer extensive skincare knowledge to customers.

    Your main focus:

    • Excellent customer service, contributing to the unique customer experience and selling our top products.
    • Attracting new customers at the point of sale.
    • Achieving set objectives and monitoring KPIs.
    • Controlling and implementing brand-defined visibility and merchandising.
    • Engaging in store activities such as inventories and stock control.

    The team consists of 3 people, and you'll collaborate closely with the POS Coordinator to create Beauty That Lasts.

    YOU ARE A COTY FIT

    You embody beauty and possess a deep understanding and passion for the skincare industry and luxury brands. With at least 4 years of experience in a demanding luxury environment, you thrive on attention to detail and maintaining brand equity. You excel in a fast-paced, diverse, and international setting.

    • Minimum of 4 years field experience in a luxury environment.
    • Additional education in Cosmetology is a plus.
    • Experience in sales and meeting targets.
    • Friendly, dynamic, and talkative personality.
    • Strong verbal communication, organizational, and listening skills.
    • Healthy competitive spirit.
    • Proficiency in English (knowledge of another language is a plus).

    OUR CONDITIONS and BENEFITS

    As our Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you'll enjoy benefits such as:

    • Permanent contract.
    • 36-hour workweek, Monday to Saturday.
    • Fixed shifts: 10:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 22:00.
    • Base salary plus sales incentives.
    • Social benefits plan exclusive to team members.

    RECRUITMENT PROCESS

    • Initial online/in-person interview.
