- Delivering excellent customer service to enhance the unique customer experience while selling top-notch products.
- Attracting new customers at the point of sale.
- Achieving set objectives and monitoring KPIs.
- Controlling and implementing visibility and merchandising outlined by the brand.
- Engaging in store activities such as inventories, stock control, and payment terminal operations.
- Minimum of 4 years' field experience as a facialist, cosmetologist, or skincare beauty consultant in a luxury environment.
- Additional education in Cosmetology or a related field is advantageous.
- Demonstrated sales experience with targets and sales indicator management.
- A friendly, dynamic, talkative demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication, organizational, and listening skills.
- A healthy competitive spirit.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of another language is a bonus).
- Permanent contract
- 8-hour shifts on Sundays and bank holidays
- Fixed schedule: 12
- Base salary plus sales incentives

As our Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you'll be responsible for promoting and providing skincare advice to customers.
The high-end skincare brand of Coty is searching for a skincare professional like you, with a solid sales background to meet sales targets and offer extensive skincare knowledge to customers.
