    Como Bussines Operational Manager en IKEA junto a tu equipo, podrás guiar el crecimiento y dirigir el negocio hacia una rentabilidad continua a largo plazo, garantizar el rendimiento de negocios financieros y el cumplimiento de políticas y estándares.



    Algunas de tus tareas diarias serán:

    • Liderar el proceso de plan de negocio de la tienda junto con el jefe de tienda y el equipo directivo.
    • Dirigir y coordinar el proceso de planificación financiera.
    • Junto con el equipo comercial, identificar las oportunidades comerciales y fomentar la reflexión sobre situaciones comerciales al evaluarlas y actuar frente a ellas.
    • Tener una visión general de las pérdidas y ganancias de la tienda y dirigir acciones en base a ello.
    • Optimizar y desarrollar los resultados y el rendimiento de la tienda continuamente implementando las mejores prácticas, reduciendo las diferencias para identificar las oportunidades y hacer un seguimiento de los KPI de referencia.
    • Proporcionar información relevante y fácil de entender, fomentando los informes estandarizados y contribuyendo a la competencia en la organización que permita el análisis y comprensión del rendimiento, para tomar decisiones óptimas.
    • Asegurar que todas las inversiones se realizan con un análisis o ROI (rendimiento de la inversión) adecuado, teniendo en cuenta todos los aspectos de los diferentes proyectos.
    • Liderar y desarrollar líderes y equipos en los ámbitos de responsabilidad de la función del BNO. Identificar los talentos presentes y desarrollarlos con el fin de garantizar la planificación de la sucesión.
    • Proporcionar un entorno seguro y legal para nuestros clientes, proveedores y colaboradores/as.

    Aportas capacidad analítica y crítica para extraer conclusiones y actuar sobre las desviaciones.

    Dispones de habilidades de comunicación, crear confianza y crear relaciones solidas.

    Rapidez y flexibilidad para adaptarte en un entorno dinámico y omnicanal.

    Te gusta simplificar temas complejos en búsqueda constante de la mejora continua.

    Apasionado/a por liderar el negocio a través del trabajo con personas.


    Y además cuentas con:

    • Estudios finalizados en ADE, finanzas o economía.
    • Experiencia laboral en finanzas de grandes cuentas.
    • Nivel avanzado paquete Office.
    • Nivel de inglés fluido.
    • Valorable experiencia liderando equipos.
    • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos y fines de semana.
