We are looking for an
Operations Manager - Digital Overlay, who will work within our club management team.

What will you be doing?

Clients & Suppliers:

  • Manage and strengthen the partnership with clients in everything related to operations in the development of Digital Overlay.
  • Driving the successful outcome for our clients in the field of virtual advertising.
  • You will be in contact with broadcasters from various European countries (Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, UEFA etc.).

Processes:

  • Control logistics and steer onsite crew for Digital Overlay operations throughout Europe, for national league matches as well as for UEFA competitions.
  • Prepare documents and presentations related to Match Day preparation and Digital Overlay Services in general.
  • You will be responsible for costs and budgets from calculation to allocation of these whilst assuring you have a good grasp on time management of all your activities.

Colleagues:

  • Closely collaborate with the AIM Club Management Team and Operations Team.

Who are you?

  • You have at least one year of relevant working experience.
  • You are curious and detail oriented.
  • You are innovative and problem solver.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You hold a degree in business, marketing, media, literature or legal.
  • You speak English. Other European languages are a plus.
  • You are willing to travel to matches to supervise our services in the stadium.
