PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market.

The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.


Our Commercial Team is growing, and we are looking for a Commercial Operation Manager who will be responsible to build up the merchant support practice with vision to expand it globally.

This position will be part of the Account Management and Commercial Operation division with direct report to the Head of Account Management and Commercial Operation


Job Duties And Responsibilities:


  • Build up the practice to streamline the communication between the merchants and the account management team enabling account management to focus on Defense&Growth strategies.
  • Be the POC to Manage merchant's operational queries and issues to reach successful resolution coordinating with internal teams.
  • Proactively educate merchant on a range of topics including using and navigating PayRetailers tools.
  • Monitor and report on processing performance
  • Collect merchant's feedback and share with internal teams to help identify potential new features or solutions
  • Work together with various internal stakeholders to resolve client enquiries and to guarantee a highquality project delivery
  • Proactively work to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey/experience.
  • Willingness to build up a team to expand our capacity.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • University degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
  • Conflict management and interpersonal skills.
  • Team spirit approach and good communication skills.
  • Abilities to obtain collaboration and "pull together" all parties involved in the project.
  • Anticipation and clear reporting.
  • Entrepreneurship mindset and decision minded.
  • Resilience to manage uncertainty and capacity to prioritize tasks in a organized way.
  • A first experience in a payment firm, with Latam background is highly appreciated.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • MS Office expertise and willingness to scale on Analytics.
  • Excellent writing skills (including the establishment of operational procedures and minutes of meeting) and able to communicate clearly in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are resultoriented.
