    Buscamos a un@ Digital Learning Specialist (Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer) que se incorpore al equipo creativo de Digital Learning & Articulate para crear, conceptualizar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos de contenidos elearning desde la fase inicial hasta su entrega. Además de crear contenidos creativos, innovadores tendrás la responsabilidad de asesorar y proponer soluciones integrales de formación a nuestros clientes.

    Requisitos imprescindibles: (inscríbete solo si cuentas con todos los requisitos)

  • Conocimiento profundo de Articulate Storyline
  • Licenciado en Diseño Gráfico, Pedagogía, Comunicación audiovisual o similares
  • Experiencia en el diseño instruccional aplicado al elearning
  • Experiencia creando guiones creativos para cursos elearning
  • Conocimientos paquete Office (imprescindible Powerpoint)
  • Conocimiento profundo de Vyond u otras herramientas similares (edición y creación de vídeos)
  • Imprescindible tener total soltura hablando inglés (nivel alto profesional)
  • Debe residir en la provincia de Barcelona
  • Hablar español nativo

  • Gestión de proyectos y coordinación de equipos
  • Impartir formación a clientes/partners
  • Experiencia en consultoría e ideación de solucionesTus funciones serán:
  • Proponer conceptos e ideas para estrategias de formación innovadoras
  • Diseñar la conceptualización del proyecto alineado con las necesidades del cliente
  • Diseñar proyectos de contenidos elearning con los productos Articulate
  • Crear guiones atractivos y pedagógicos basándose en los materiales originales del cliente
  • Proponer diseños instruccionales apropiados para el proyecto
  • Adaptar y transformar el contenido del cliente en un curso elearning interactivo atractivo
  • Impartir formación de Articulate y Diseño Instruccional
  • Interlocutar con los clientes y proveedores (nacionales e internacionales).
  • Relacionarse con los clientes y proveedores (actores, locutores, guionistas) de forma asertiva para cerrar plazos de entrega según características del proyectoQué ofrecemos:
  • Contrato indefinido
  • 28 días de vacaciones (26 a escoger + 2 por la empresa)
  • Jornada intensiva en verano (Julio y Agosto)
  • Modelo de trabajo híbrido: 2 días laborales en oficina (libre elección)
  • Viernes tarde libre
  • Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 9-14 y 15-18:30 y Viernes intensivo: 8:30-14:30
