5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

The Procurement Learning and Development (L&D) Senior Program Manager develops comprehensive learning solutions to accelerate and amplify procurement capabilities in the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) through engaging formal training, social learning, and challenging in-role experiences.
They prioritize the project using a prioritization rubric, determine if the solution will be borrowed from other groups, built by the L&D team, or purchased from a third-party.
The person in this role coordinates project resources including the budget, support teams, and assignments of sub-tasks. They design the learning activities based on detailed requirements and learning science principles. For purchased products, the Senior Program Manager partners with Category to select a vendor and directs design and delivery. They keep stakeholders informed, monitor timelines, then test, revise, and ensure delivery of the learning experience.
This role requires up to 30% travel and can be based out of Seattle, WA, Bellevue, WA, Nashville, TN and Arlington, VA.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop learning and development solutions for the procurement organization accessible to our global team
- Manage simultaneous learning and development programs end to end
- Design instructional materials and learning experiences leveraging adult learning principles
- Analyze key performance indicators gaps to improve performance
- Create and maintain mechanisms and standards to ensure consistency of solutions
- Teach others how to teach and coach
- Partner with internal and external organizations to benchmark and adopt industry leading learning and development solutions
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in procurement and/or purchasing
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
