- Handling relationships and grow sales to regional customer accounts in your perimeter.
- Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
- Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts.
- Develop the Retail channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify & implement opportunities for growth.
- University Degree, preferably from a Business School
- 4 years' relevant commercial experience in retail channel, working with cash & carry and the main indirect channel's customers is a plus (Makro, Miquel, Covalco, Ayala, Dian)
- Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role
- Proficient Spanish and English is appreciated
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- EU Work permission.
