The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is a key role in a strategic client project.

The RBM is fully accountable for leading a team of Product Specialists and a team of Key Account Managers (KAM's) across Spain and Portugal who will be working across regional healthcare networks with a primary focus on secondary care.

The RBM is responsible for ensuring the team meet/exceed their sales goals in line with individual, regional and national business plans.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Product Specialists and KAM's across the assigned regions, promoting the product to targeted healthcare professionals (HCP's) and identified accounts to achieve/exceed agreed business sales targets, using the right message, through the right channel
  • Direct the team in acquiring the appropriate HCP consents and set calls to support the uptake and retention of the product and the client's future portfolio within the assigned region
  • Work closely with the team and the customer to develop plans that effectively translate national strategies at the geographic area level
  • Partner with the internal centers of excellence, across broader Deployment Solutions including Recruitment, HR, Onboarding, Training, Fleet, and Finance to ensure the team are recruited, onboarded and have all the relevant equipment, territory mapping and training to be successful in their roles

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Life Sciences preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Experience, and experience in first line leadership and management
  • Product launch experience

Desired Requirements

  • Experience of working within oncology and/or cardiology
  • Experience of working in the countries assigned
  • Proven experience of leading and managing a high performing sales team that have worked across primary and secondary care
