    We are looking for

    Requirements:

    Knowledge of travel management processes.

    Experience in the travel industry. Supervisory experience may be preferred.

    Prior experience working as account manager for a corporate business travel agency and/or experience as travel account manager on the corporate side would be preferred.

    The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel agencies (existing relationships may be advantageous).

    Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English required.

    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

    A good understanding of geography and local markets within Allfunds ́ footprint

    Strong computer skills.

    Your role in the team

    As a Corporate TravelManager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's travelpolicies and ensuring smooth travel operations. Your responsibilities willencompass everything from crafting effective travel guidelines to overseeingtravel arrangements and maintaining vendor relationships. If you're a strategicthinker with excellent organizational skills and a knack for negotiation, we'dlove to have you on our team.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel

    Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors.

    Negotiate contracts/rates with travel service providers while ensuring that staff use preferred suppliers.

    Drive continuous improvement of travel programs.

    Serve as the company's travel authority, acting as the primary liaison for all matters related to travel and accommodations—both within the Group and with our contracted travel agency.

    Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals, while also managing all travel-related documentation, such as payments, itineraries, visas, and medical forms—both internally and through our corporate travel agency

    Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.

    Oversee spending analysis, tracking volume and pricing trends, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

    Provide assistance in the arrangement of internal events and coordinate with the Marketing team to provide options for accommodations and travel itineraries for participants.

    Identify and resolve internal risks and controlbusiness problems within the travel and accommodation perimeter.
