THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Supply Manager to join our Supply team in order to negotiate conditions and activate new providers around the globe, assisting and coaching them in delivering quality products that can be sold on Hellotickets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Negotiation with providers and key partners for activities in major tourist destinations.
Onboard providers to utilize tools to manage their bookings and update inventory and product details
Answer questions from providers related to their account, products, and bookings
Liaise with the Customer Service department to address any customer or provider concerns

What you need to succeed:

At least 35 years of experience in the Tourism or Travel industry
Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, creative, and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
Demonstrated passion for travel and a good understanding of the Travel / Hospitality industries.
