At Marlex we are working with a leading company in the spirits sector. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work supporting 3 European airports.

Tha Assistant Retail Execution Manager role is accountable for delivering the executional excellence agenda of the company.

Working hand in hand with commercial, marketing functions and external stakeholder, this role is key to ensuring our in store execution and retail standards are achieved.

Wilst managing the customer relationship¬ contact strategy

Responsibilities:

This role be responsible for sales and executional engagement on the shop floor, meaning everyday deployment of activations, ensuring stock availability, overseeing promotions, etc. They wil be responsable for building relationships and engaging with key stakeholders in airport.
Identify and analyze business within market using syndicated data and account data information to capitalize on potencial opportunities.
Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and outlet standards.
Deliver on 6P goals annually at account & store level.
Be the internal voice of the shop floor providing insigths in shopper,promotion, competitor, adn market dynamics.
Be the retail partnet of our business.
Sales or retail experience within FMCG/luxury good/spirits.
Ideally 45 years of retail or sales experience.
Strong selling skill set and ability to influence.
Team player.
Customer focused strategic thinker.
Good analytical skills.
