    Konecranes and Demag Ibérica forma parte de un grupo multinacional finlandés cuya actividad principal es la venta y el servicio de mantenimiento y reparación de equipos de elevación, siendo nuestros principales negocios grúas industriales y portuarias. Abarcamos todo el territorio peninsular teniendo numerosas delegaciones de servicio en las principales ciudades.

    Buscamos un técnico de servicio especialista para unirse a la familia de Konecranes.
    El rol de técnico de Servicio se encuentra dentro del área de negocio de puertos, realizando tareas de mantenimiento preventivo, trato con el cliente y resolución de problemáticas en el funcionamiento del equipo, entre otras.

    Sus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Usted será responsable de realizartareas demantenimiento preventivo, ejecución de modernizaciones yreparaciones detoda la gama de nuestrasgrúas portuarias
  • Resolución de problemas en el mal funcionamiento del equipo
  • Responsable de la gestión de montajes en campo, dirigiendo y coordinando las actividades de los distintos participantes en el proyecto
  • Trato directo con el cliente y nuestro departamento de ingeniería yequipos de nuestracasa matriz
  • Organización de equipos
  • Generación de oportunidades de ventas durante la llamada de servicio
  • Completar la documentación apropiada
  • Reparaciónyactualizaciónde variadores

    • Que buscamos en ti:

  • Debe tener una formación deespecialistao equivalente y estar completamente familiarizado con las disciplinas deelectromecánica
  • Resolución de averías eléctricas, cableados y puestas en marcha
  • Serequiereexperienciamínima de 5 años con grúas portuarias
  • Voluntad de trabajara turnos y fines de semana
  • Se valorará experiencia demostrable en montaje de grúas portuarias
  • Se valorará experiencia en descarga de grúas desde barco
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales ya que existe un amplio contacto con el cliente
  • Compromiso probado con la seguridad
  • Debe poder subir una escalera y poder trabajar en alturas
  • Disposición a trabajar horas extra: esto atrae horas extra pagadas
  • Tener una licencia de conducir vigente
  • Requerido inglés nivel alto. Valorable otros idiomas
  • Disponibilidadpara viajar
