- First point of contact for new incoming leads, responsible for first screening calls
- Conduct interviews using various reliable and current recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Schedule calls with Hiring Manager and Operational Leads with wow talents
- Elaborate on our recruitment roadmap and improve the candidate's journey from A to Z
- Source, recruit and screen candidates and assess their relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience
- Build a recruitment pipeline with customer experience specialists of different nationalities
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a similar field (HR, communication, psychology, etc.)
- You speak English on a C1 level, any other language is a plus
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video/interview/phone/reference check)
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- The ability to think out of the box and Wow our applicants
