- Owning the P&L for the assigned country/region, including sales, trade and marketing spending strategies, financial feasibility, planning and control in country.
- Develop and implement the company's business strategies and objectives in the assigned country/region
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities and potential risks
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's market share and customer base
- Ensure compliance of our activity with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and present regular reports on market performance, business activities, and financial results to senior management
- Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar senior sales or revenue leadership role
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the local market and business landscape
- Team player with excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in the local language and English
