Leading multinational company in the plastic and derivatives sector needs an HR Manager for its Delegation in Spain, located in Alcala de Henares, MadridTasks
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Has the authority and responsibility to setting and conducting policies and strategies for the company's human resources activities, within the guidelines set by the General Management in Alcala and CHRO, and according to business strategies, in order to support the business.
- Management of collective agreements, scholarships, etc.
- Advice on representation of workers and union issues and intervention in labor negotiations.
- Monitoring of formal obligations to Social Security.
- Preparation of payrolls. Monthly delivery of the payroll list with separation of all labor costs by concepts.
- Communication of the high and low parties in Social Security. Parts of work accident.
- Calculations of liquidations and settlements of its employees, in the event of possible dismissals.
- Supervise the attendance of the staff, vacations, sick leave, payroll, etc.
- Manage the hiring of permanent or temporary staff, according to the needs of the company.
- Establish the training plan and collaborate in the organization of the necessary training activities.
- Grant management for training activities
- Monitoring and control of the effectiveness of the training actions carried out.
- Preparation and management of rol clarification for each position.
- Followup to development talks (PDP)
- Advice on the different options for hiring workers. Communication of the expiration of temporary contracts.
Requirements:

- Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Advice, coaching and mentoring to the management and satff team in relation to performance and Corplex Values.
- Retaining good employees
- Letting go of employees who are not performing.
- Handling employees personal or professional issues
- Oracle, SAP, Excel,
- Negotiation with Working Council.
- Work experience in a factory will be an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS
