- Network service management and incident follow-up/escalation with ATM vendors (Cash in Transit Companies (CIT), site contacts, maintenance suppliers, Telecommunications and Security companies).
- ATM network maintenance activities' management (preventive maintenance, software updates, corrective patches).
- Analyze & Report ATM network performance.
- Collaboration and effective communication with Euronet Central Operations teams to solve/mitigate potential incidents.
- Incident management.
- Vendors Contract Management and SLA control/mitigation.
- Inventory management in company's databases.
- Team management.
- Project management.
- Engineering background.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- English B2, fluency in Spanish.
- High learning capacity.
- Adaptation to change.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-starter, hands on mentality.
- Proficiency MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, ...).
- In hardware or software.
- Experience in remote communication.
- Previous experience in payment systems or in Cash In Transit Companies.
