- Contactar con los clientes asignados por distintos medios en los plazos y con la frecuencia acordadas para garantizar la atención de sus necesidades y poder satisfacerlas.
- Generar propuestas de pedido a los clientes con el objetivo de satisfacer sus necesidades de suministro.
- Gestión de entrada de pedidos (producto acabado, muestras, personalizados, etc) y su posterior seguimiento para garantizar el servicio al cliente.
- Trabajar conjunta y coordinadamente con los diferentes delegados/as de visita asignados/as.
- Registro, seguimiento y resolución de incidencias de cliente dentro de los plazos establecidos.
- Responsabilidad del master data de clientes asignados en CRM/SAP.
- Experiencia de más de 4 años como Customer Service.
- Valorable la experiencia en outsourcing de ventas y campañas outbound.
- Perfil enfocado a ventas con mentalidad de servicio y comercial.
- Perfil proactivo, polivalente con habilidades comunicativas y orientación a la resolución de problemas y capacidad de trabajo multitarea.
- Dominio de las herramientas Office 365, CRM y SAP.
