Job description


Pronovias Group is a global leader in the bridal sector, with a unique portfolio of luxury bridal brands such as Pronovias, Vera Wang Bride, House of St Patrick, White One, Nicole Milano and Ladybird.

It is distributed at more than 4.000 points of sale in 105 countries, with 102 boutiques in fashion capitals like New York, London, Milan, Paris and Shanghai.

Do you want to be part of the journey and join our Headquarters in Barcelona? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Wholesale Customer Management Team.


Key tasks will be:

Answer phone calls to assist customers calling in with inquiries


Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, provide the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution.

To achieve this, the person hired will have to work closely with our Logistics, Accounting, Production and Sales Team

Process customer orders/exchanges/RAs/reimbursements/cancellations

Provide customers with timely and accurate information, order status and product knowledge inquiries

Follow-up on any issue until they are fully resolved

Coordinate Trunk show and Loaner programs


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration (or related field)

At least 1-3 years of work experience in B2B Customer Service/Administrative experience within Wholesale Fashion/Bridal industry preferred

English speaker (Proficiency or advanced), an extra language will be a plus.

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, M3 and CLIMA knowledge preferred

Team player, enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented

Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work

Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Requires friendly, professional etiquette and courtesy in interfacing with customers on the telephone
