HireOn Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company that is seeking to onboard a Customer Service Agent in Barcelona.

The team the employee would join supports customers of a popular sneaker brand.

Customer Service Agent


Location:
Barcelona, Spain


Employment type:
Temporary (3 months) Full-time or Part-time (30 hours per week)

Work model:
Hybrid - work from the office during training and 3 days per month after training


Remuneration:
euro gross/year


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work alongside the Management Team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Live and breathe the company values; be a brand ambassador
  • Become an expert on the sneaker brand
  • Work in a fastpaced environment and showcase your multitasking skills
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail; be meticulous and vigilant
  • Personalize the customer experience find the right tone for each situation

REQUIREMENTS:


  • A fluent level of Italian and French with strong grammar and spelling skills
  • High level of English (both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience working in a customerfacing environment and a genuine passion for worldclass customer service
  • Fearless independence with the ability to think on your feet, there's no finish line to what's possible
  • High energy, drive, and a friendly personality
  • Resourcefulness and confidence to take the initiative in a fastpaced environment
  • A strong teamwork ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • It will be a plus if you practice sports (runners, football players, tennis players, hikers...)

OFFER:


  • Contract: Temporary of 3 months (with 1 month probation period) with the possibility of extension.
  • Fulltime or Part-Time: (30 hours/week)
  • Working days/hours:
  • Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm for fulltime
  • Or Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm for parttime

  • Hybrid: Working from the office 3 days per month, for client visits and training and the rest working from home
