    As our new Customer Service Representative , you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until order booking/invoicing and follow up in SAP.

    Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Processing formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.
  • Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functions
  • Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, logistics, Contract dept, collections to resolve customer inquiries
  • Managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes and compliance requirements
  • Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management
  • Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures

    • Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English , Spanish and Native Danish or Norwegian
  • Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated customer service focus
  • Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry
  • Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership
  • MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel. SAP/CRM experience preferred
