Durante mis primeros 2.5 años en Barcelona trabajé con el increíble equipo de Nomad Coffee. Desarrollé muchísimo mis habilidades y conocimientos de café y disfruté trabajando en las 3 locales. Hicimos eventos regulares de cupping y formación de cafe.

Volcano Coffee Works

I worked for Volcano Coffee, a small-batch speciality coffee roastery in London. We sold a variety of beans and dialled in the machine each day accordingly for a full flavour experience. We also used various methods to brew the coffee and had a regular customer base.

We used Allpress Coffee and were voted the best coffee in Herne Hill, London. The café had a friendly vibe and strong sense of community due to the happy customers and team.

Brunswick House Café

I worked in the restaurant and in the bar during café hours. At times I was responsible for the entire floor, ensuring services ran smoothly whilst providing a memorable experience to all customers.

Seans Bar/Rosies Café Brixton

I was a host, and waitress and helped with food preparation in a local, unique café by day, and cocktail bar by night. The bar’s small team thrived off the regular customer base and created a friendly atmosphere.

August 2012– January 2014

Federation Coffee Brixton

This is where I started my barista training, in a local, vibrant, specialist coffee shop. I made coffee using a variety of methods at high volumes. Here I learnt latte art and maintained a La Marzocco coffee machine and grinders. We had a lot of customers and floods of tourists on the weekends so service was swift but friendly.

I have done a lot of coffee and bar training with various coffees and enterprises.
