- Lead and negotiate quarterly/annual JBP with KA retailers partners on product launches, space, location, and stock
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with local retailers to align priorities, strategize, and problem-solve accordingly
- Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities are maximized annual sales goals are achieved
- Define and implement a Go-to-Market plan with cross-functional teams including marketing, delivery, logistics, local suppliers, etc.
- Collect and review forecasts with key account partners and follow up on delivery plans
- Monitor and manage ST/SO Performance, offline display POSM management
- Analyze weekly/monthly PSI to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities
- Plan and handle specific sales events to enhance brand visibility and improve sales performance
- Based on the local beauty market, establish and lead brand-acquisition strategies and operations, form brand-acquisition goals, and report results to stakeholders
- Partner closely with merchants and customize plans that meet both the brand's and retailer's goalsJob Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in key account management or business development management within the cosmetics industry
- Extensive knowledge of customer/brand specifics in the southern EU(Spain/Italy, etc.) mass cosmetic market
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Ability to produce eye-catching and effective presentations
