ROLE PURPOSE


The Content & Channel Manager (C&C M) - Inflammation and Immunology leads strategy development and execution for omnichannel engagement with our customers.

The C&C M drives operational excellence at a country level and brings customer & marketplace insight into the brand teams to influence and shape local brand strategy.

This role will deliver flawless execution of omnichannel marketing plans for a strong customer experience whilst creating sustainable value and accountability for the local budget.


ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The C&C M - Inflammation and Immunology has a strong relationship with all relevant internal stakeholders in country (e.g. sales team, product marketing, medical, omni-channel, digital, Biopharma Ops, finance, legal, etc.)


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promotes the adoption of digital channels of the customer facing colleagues
  • Collaborates closely with sales management to drive execution of omnichannel strategy and adoption of new tolls and channels
  • Strategy Execution to Maximize Customer Impact
  • Delivery of HCP channel and content strategy in line with Above Brand/Business Unit operating plan
  • To be an integral member of brand marketing and cross functional teams, driving execution of digital, advising and providing input into the development of brand operational plans
  • Campaign management and performance; using analytics tools to map customer journeys and provide insight to support future roadmap
  • Expand ePermissions and Pfizer Pro portal registration rates and ensure retention of active customers
  • Coordinates local and international resources related to new and updated tools, platforms, and digital marketing (DIT, NBA, Pfizer Pro, etc.)
  • Maintain high compliance standards across multichannel assets in line with Future of Content policy and guidelines and local Code of Practice
  • Leadership
  • Develop relationships with key internal stakeholder to improve customer journeys and experiences e.g. sales force, marketing, KAM, omnichannel, medical information
  • Support brand teams to simplify and navigate digital innovation
  • Champion Digital Marketing across the business to ensure it is considered and used effectively
  • Financial Planning
  • Accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of budgets agreed for own areas of responsibility & developing regular forecast updates to aid financial planning
  • Measure Impact
  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of campaigns and channels
  • Monitor competitors' multichannel activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English language
  • 5 years+ of commercial experience
  • Digital marketing experience is preferred
  • Must have excellent organizational skills/ ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills
  • Knowledge of local regulatory policies
  • Strong project management skills
  • Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions
  • Demonstrates business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
