PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
Define omni-channel media and acquisition strategy to create seamless end-to-end planning and activation levers to drive performance

Manage ecommerce projects based on sound knowledge, technical know-how and advanced analytics capabilities to deliver growth opportunities and enhance optimisation efforts

Enhance collaboration and support mechanics with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistent planning and execution at all levels

Contribute to the overall eCommerce strategy, performance and profitability of the company


PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced and passionate 'Omni-Channel Media Strategist' to define and lead media and acquisition strategy.


This is a key role for driving the most profitable source of business for the organisation leveraging media, technology, data and technical know-how to introduce innovative and novel approaches to transform digital acquisition capabilities.


Ideally the person should hold a similar position in a global organisation with strong communication and presentation skills, confident and experienced in dealing with senior management with a proven track record in leading media and digital strategy.


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define omnichannel media and acquisition strategy to drive new and incremental growth
  • Build strong relationship with other departments (DX, IT, RevOps, marketing, distribution, social, CRM loyalty, regional teams, digital agency, and extended partners) to ensure full alignment and common synergies towards achieving common business objectives
  • Build and enhance media capabilities to underpin performance framework and reduce complexity of technical implementations
  • Define omnichannel media governance process to align planning and execution for seamless operational excellence
  • Manage omnichannel project needs, resource requirements, timeline, dependencies, and milestones based on sound knowledge and clear rationale to drive continuous improvement within a defined budget
  • Liaise with the channel leads, market managers, digital agency, partners, and broader stakeholders to develop a holistic omnichannel media approach based on growth opportunities and return on investment
  • Identify cross channel opportunities based on changing customer needs, technical landscape, emerging trends, internal and external factors to refine media capabilities continuously
  • Work closely with the analytics, BI and digital agency teams to identify opportunities that serve short, mid, and longterm commercial needs
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with relevant stakeholders and business leaders to provide progress on actions taken, milestones progression and adjust based on changing business needs to mitigate risks and reduce ambiguity
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction around omnichannel media across the organization
  • Define cross channel media planning procedures to ensure timely deliverables and endtoend consistency across all stages
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to quantify cross channel media opportunities, develop integrated plans towards project actualization and return on investment
  • Outline new concepts, define budget needs, map out milestones for existing and new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth
  • Lead the business planning process for omnichannel success towards a maturity model to transform media operations

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 810 years of experience in managing omnichannel media and digital acquisition strategy is mandatory
  • Comprehensive understanding of broader media landscape, ecommerce and digital ecosystem including adtech, martech, cloud computing and new trends
  • Solid quantitative and qualitative skills with great attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills at all levels
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
  • Passionate about digital and ecommerce, stay up to date on the latest trends
  • Confident to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously and within crossfunctional teams
  • Experience in agile, Prince2, CSM or similar methodologies is preferred
  • Problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc workloads and tasks
  • Must be flexible and able to accommodate a variety of priorities
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to adapt to fast changing market conditions
  • English is a must; additional languages would be beneficial
  • Results oriented with a particular focus on performance and efficiency
  • Actively seeks innovative solutions and opportunities to develop and learn
  • Experience in web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent in using Microsoft Office (particularly excel, visio and power point)
  • University degree
