About the Role:


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategy for Southern Europe, including identifying new partners, negotiating contracts, and managing existing partnerships.
  • Guarantee that partners are aligned with VTEX Growth KPIs and work collaboratively to avoid and reduce ACV Backlog Loss and Average Implementation times.
  • Drive partner account management, business planning, quarterly business reviews and daytoday interaction, to meet the target of generating 30% of the New ACV target through the channel.
  • Develop and execute scalable alliances, articulating the value proposition of the partnership and fostering understanding of joint solutions and business opportunities by clearly communicating the suitable technical integration.
  • Understand partner needs and solution fit by delivering effective product demonstrations, use cases, and positioning differentiated VTEX value propositions.
  • Work closely with other teams within VTEX, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment and collaboration on partnerships and initiatives.
  • Assist the Growth team with thirdparty integrations' suggestions and/or strategic partnership solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with partners, including regular status updates, contract renewals, and resolving any partnerrelated issues.
  • Learn about the VTEX platform to better understand the benefits and paths that our partners can follow.

About the Team:


The Sales Team works directly with companies worldwide to ideate, plan, and implement transformative digital projects using VTEX's solutions and products.

The team focuses on selling new projects and services according to the customer's needs, bringing growth and competitive advantage.


Who you are:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in partnership management or commercial roles.
  • Recognized by the market for their commerce technical authority.
  • Scale VTEX's knowledge exchange by documenting sales strategies, negotiation, proposal and presentation best practices, and authority building.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Fluence in English, Spanish and any additional European language is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make databased decisions
