Product Manager, Delivery Channels - Madrid, Spain

In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of Value-Added Services' product strategy.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and use this knowledge to drive the product roadmap and ensure our value-added services proposition meets the needs of our customers.

Role Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap responsible for developing loved and delightful customer experience for Western Union's kiosk and ATM delivery channels.
Think strategically and creatively to gather product and process insights from customers and key internal / external stakeholders.
Test and optimize specific parts of the customer journey that will drive KPIs for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Partner closely with engineers, operations, product marketing, sales, customer success, risk, and finance to ensure our clients are at the center of everything we build and that they're delighted by our work.
Own and prioritize a roadmap to balance both exploring new product enhancements and existing product optimizations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop product requirements to ensure alignment on short

- and long-term growth initiatives.

Manage, coach, and collaborate with product owner in the development of detailed product requirements working with crossfunctional teams (business, program managers, product, development, UX, engineering) for features and capabilities that help drive growth and retention.

Role Requirements

You have a proven track record of leading the development and implementation of successful product strategies with excellent crossfunctional leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with teams in different locations.
You possess strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisionmaking and you use your excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non

- technical stakeholders.

Organizational and project management skills with ability to break large tasks into smaller tasks that can be monitored and tracked.
Team player with ability to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines and under pressure.
Language: Spanish fluency preferred.
