    What You'll Do:

    As an Account Executive, your main goal is to convert leads and create new opportunities using cutting-edge technology tools and sales techniques. You play a crucial role in driving business directly, as well as contributing to the indirect channel business development in your market region. In our New Business EMEA team, we seek team members with a genuine interest in the technology industry, who are passionate about helping their clients achieve their marketing objectives through trusted and impactful advertising.

    • You collaborate with Business Development Representatives to analyze prospects and develop outreach strategies.
    • Your key focus will be on mid-sized businesses, but not exclusively.
    • You operate independently as an Account Executive while also being a valuable team player.
    • Your primary responsibilities involve devising and implementing strategies to consistently meet Revenue and margin targets. This entails fostering relationships effectively while maintaining efficiency.
    • You feel at ease with cold-calling, Video Calls, and utilizing tools like Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to boost conversion rates.
    • In this position, we anticipate you to establish strong relationships with various internal stakeholders such as marketing, legal, technical, account managers, and product experts.
    • You possess a deep understanding of the Ad Tech Industry and a successful history in technology sales, particularly with complex and multi-product solutions.
    • You have proficiency in English AND Italian.

    Who You Are:

    • You demonstrate advanced consultative selling and closing skills, capable of presenting multiple Ad Tech products tailored to the specific marketing goals of potential clients. You are adept at customizing your pitch using various technology products and conducting thorough discovery questions. You should be familiar with sales methodologies like Sandler, SPIN.
    • You can make accurate forecasts and proactively manage your pipeline, handling a moderate number of mid-sized prospects concurrently. You maintain all relevant information up-to-date in our CRM system and have a clear plan for each prospect in your pipeline.
    • You are driven by achieving high performance and meeting sales quotas, with the ability to navigate through challenges effectively. You aim to bring this focus to Criteo.
    • You set clear business goals and work towards achieving them, seeking guidance on sales skills from your Manager and potentially receiving mentorship from experienced peers.
    • You leverage data and metrics to develop and support business proposals, creating account plans for the current and upcoming quarters.
