    Head of Product Management women's fast fashion (REMOTE)

    We are looking for a Head of Product Management in the field of women's fast fashion. As the Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for selecting and driving the development of assigned products, managing the product from its creation to monitoring sales performance, and taking appropriate actions to achieve optimal commercial results. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in INDITEX women's fast fashion.

    Responsibilities:


    • Management and coordination of department activities aimed at developing commercially sound, rationally structured, cohesive, and balanced collections.


    • Responsible for achieving established commercial parameters for the department.


    • Analysis of collection performance.


    • Understanding the customer and the value of the market.


    • Participation in the development of pricing policy.


    • Responsibility for sales analysis and proposal of price reductions.


    • Coordination of interactions with own production units.


    • Development of department budgets and budgets for seasonal procurement split by categories; control over budget implementation by the Product Team.


    • Interactions with all suppliers/production units.


    • Processing of analytical data.


    • Together with Human Resources, responsible for hiring, development, and management of the department team.


    • Responsible for assigning tasks to the department team and balancing workload according to established calendars.

    Requirements:


    • Previous experience in women's fast fashion is essential. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.


    • Proven track record in high-level management roles in the fashion industry.


    • Solid understanding of product development processes and supply chain management.


    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.


    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers, designers, and manage the department.


    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.


    • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for product management and analysis.
