By supporting the Risk and Payments area, this role will contribute to the success in giving the customers the best experience regarding payments, providing a safe platform environment ensuring that conversion is optimal to generate revenue.

PROFILE

Your role will be:

Monitor antifraud rules set in the PSP platform and software as well as the performance of real time order queues and main fraud detection KPI ́s
Verification of possible fraudulent transactions, reporting of fraudulent behaviors and defining of necessary actions to reduce potential losses
Identify improvements to prevent fraud activities and maintain healthy online traffic
Support in the implementation of new payment methods per country, specifically in the testing phase
Generate reports of the main fraud and payments KPI's
Support ecommerce operations by identifying and escalating any technical issues related to payments
Manage chargebacks and other payment disputes, gathering supporting evidence and processing written correspondence to recover funds
Part of the core teams for Machine learning Project, new fraud software implementation
Develop areas of improvement in fraud and payments.

What is important for the role:

At least 2 years of experience in fraud management/anti-fraud for online transactions
Excellent analytical and organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
Capability of working as a team in transversal organizations
Knowledge in Adyen PSP platform and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
Very good level of English and Spanish is mandatory.
