    ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  • Develop and execute training programs tailored to pharmacy teams, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand positioning.
  • Conduct internal training sessions for sales representatives and new employees to ensure alignment with brand messaging, product knowledge, and company standards.
  • Create engaging and informative training materials in various formats, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and printed materials.
  • Manage and maintain the content of the training platform to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for all users.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams in headquarters and subsidiary offices to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across different markets.
  • Coordinate and train a team of internal and/or external trainers to deliver effective training sessions to pharmacy teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in skincare and training methodologies to continuously improve training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics and make adjustments as needed.
  • Act as a champion for continuous learning and development within the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related disciplines. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, skincare, orrelated industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish languages, with the ability to articulate scientific concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in learning management systems and multimedia authoring tools.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
