Job Title:
Training Manager for Iberia

Location:
Madrid, Spain / Shared role in the office (50%) and in the field (50%)


Job Description:

We are looking for someone to be a representative of Customer Education team in Iberia, ensuring proper planning, execution and follow up of training and education strategy in Spain & Portugal

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the local strategy and execution of Customer Education and Training activities
  • Alignment between Medical Affairs (GMA) and BU ensure local implementation of Global Customer Education & Training strategy.
  • Support product launches. Work together with local affiliates, Global Medical Education, MA, BU and Commercial Excellence team in the preparation and execution of launch plans.
  • Support the development of Online Education platform. Based on the analytics to develop and execute a successful engagement plan on an annual basis.
  • Work with Head of Customer Education and Training for content development and support when needed.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous clinical practice in Aesthetics is preferred
  • Previous employment in an international pharmaceutical company for minimum of 5 years
  • Knowledge of international regulations and GCP of medical device, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products
  • Experience and proven ability in a fieldbased role with external customer facing activities including leading and conducting of advisory boards, conducting educational and training events
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally and cross culturally
  • Availability to travel
