- Manage our extensive knowledge base to help train users: Become the guardian of our treasure trove of information, ensuring our customers have easy access to clear, helpful, and engaging resources across our entire product suite by keeping articles, guides and video updates.
- Collaborate with internal product and support teams to establish gaps in educational materials and close them: Be the wind beneath the Product and customer service team's wings, providing support on tools and projects that keep our marketing engine running at cruising altitude.
- Create engaging product-specific content: From crafting captivating content to engaging with our community by collaborating with the broader marketing teams and providing email assets, in-platform communications and more to keep WebCargo flying high.
- 1.5+ years of marketing experience/content/copywriting experience.
- Knowledge of SaaS.
