Hybrid German Technical Support Specialist

Position Overview:


As a Hybrid German Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our German-speaking customers receive outstanding technical assistance.

This position is based in our vibrant Barcelona office, with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products or services.

Customer Communication:


  • Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations through outstanding service.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer interactions.

Documentation:


  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

Training:


  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) with a strong command of English.
  • Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
